Dr. Ciammaichella is triple board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, spinal cord injury medicine, and brain injury medicine. Her combination of legal and medical expertise provides a unique perspective on complications of injuries and anticipated quality of life after SCI, brain injury, and stroke. She completed her PM&R residency at the University of Texas at Houston with significant time at TIRR, and a spinal cord injury fellowship at the University of Utah Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital. She is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine.
