Dr. Parth Shah is a board-certified internal medicine physician and Equity & Managing Partner at Maniya Health, a three-site primary and urgent care group in New Jersey. As Director of Clinical Quality, he holds direct quality oversight and peer-review responsibility for 15 physicians and advanced practice providers across the group, including routine review of clinical care, documentation and E/M coding standards, and standard-of-care adherence. His full-time outpatient practice spans adult primary care and urgent/walk-in care — acute complaint evaluation, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, anticoagulation), and preventive medicine — alongside oversight of remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs serving roughly 1,500 patients.
