Dr. Franklyn Rocha-Cabrero is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in clinical neurophysiology. He completed his Adult Neurology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He has extensive experience in epilepsy, seizure disorders, EEG interpretation, and neurodiagnostic testing. He has authored peer-reviewed publications and medical reference texts and provides objective, evidence-based medical record review and expert opinions for neurologic litigation.
