Dr. Sommer Ebdlahad Philips is a board-certified neurologist and neuromuscular medicine specialist with advanced training from Duke Health, including residency in neurology and fellowship in neuromuscular medicine. She currently practices at Raleigh Neurology Associates, where she performs a high volume of EMG, nerve conduction studies, and neuromuscular ultrasound, along with therapeutic procedures including botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks. Her clinical expertise is in the evaluation and management of complex nerve and muscle disorders, with particular focus on peripheral nerve injury related to chronic disease, environmental and chemical exposure, autoimmune conditions, trauma, chemotherapeutic toxicity, and hereditary syndromes.
